Morgan Capital has been appointed development manager to deliver a new London headquarter building for an owner occupier through the redevelopment of 6-10 Market Road, a 45,000 sq ft office building originally constructed in 1989.

Morgan Capital managed the entire development process from initial feasibility, design and planning, through to tender and construction, delivering a best in class final product through to full Cat B for occupation.
