    Morgan Capital Partners acquired 20 St Andrew Street in an off-market transaction in February 2015 in a joint venture with AXA Real Estate.

     

    The property was acquired with vacant possession and the benefit of an existing planning consent which was subsequently revised.

     

    The scheme includes the addition of a new 9th floor and comprehensive refurbishment of the building to provide c. 56,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and ancillary retail.
