Morgan Capital complete 15 Stratford Place

Following the off-market acquisition of 15 Stratford Place in Q4 2015, Morgan Capital successfully achieved planning consent to modernise the rear façade and create floor-to-ceiling fenestration, convert the under-utilised flat roofs to provide premium terraces, and fashion a dual entrance on Stratford Place and St Christopher’s Place.

The building was launched in February 2017 with two of the floors already pre-let.
