Morgan Capital acquired this fully occupied, mixed use property in May 2016 in an off-market transaction. Vacant possession of the uppers was subsequently achieved in 2018 and a comprehensive refurbishment carried out to all office and common part areas, whilst the lower and ground floors remain let to Jason Atherton’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Pollen Street Social, voted the 3rd best restaurant in the UK in the 2017 Good Food Guide.
