Morgan Capital completed this prominent ground up development on the corner of Hanover Square in 2017, comprising 55,000 sq ft of Grade A office and 9,000 sq ft of retail, as well as an adjoining residential building. The offices were entirely pre-let. Acquired in 2013, MCP identified this opportunity and negotiated the off-market acquisition of the original 1950’s building. Demolition commenced in April 2014 whilst MCP simultaneously achieved planning consent.
