A 100,000 sq ft development acquired as part of the Watling Court Estate, along with 10 Bow Lane and 19/26 Watling Street. Morgan Capital Partners negotiated the surrender of the overriding leases to HSBC and secured planning consent to demolish the original 1980’s building and replace it with new Grade A office building with ancillary retail. Morgan Capital completed the development in 2017 with the building 70% let prior to completion.
