Morgan Capital acquired 26 St James’s Square from Union Bancaire Privee, who occupied the building for nearly 20 years. The property was purchased freehold with a short lease back to the bank. Morgan Capital achieved planning consent for a comprehensive refurbishment of the building during the lease back period and are currently on site, with delivery expected Q2 2022.
