Morgan Capital sourced and assisted in the acquisition of 20 St Andrew’s Street by AXA Investment Managers. Morgan Capital were subsequently appointed as Development Managers and, following vacant possession in 2016, commenced the comprehensive refurbishment of the building with the aim of capitalising on the increasing demand for modern office space in the location. The scheme resulted in an increase in floor area of approximately 20%, including 2 new floors, a fully repositioned central core, and the introduction of terracing on the upper floors.
