A prominent end of terrace building with excellent property fundamentals 20-24 Kirby Street is located in the heart of Farringdon, one of London’s most exciting emerging locations. Morgan Capital will explore options to refurbish the building to capitalise on the significant value-add potential inherent within it along with the continuing growth story of the surrounding area.
