Morgan Capital achieve consent for KanAm Grund Group at 7 Princes Street, EC2

Morgan Capital have achieved planning consent for the full ‘back to frame’ refurbishment of 7 Princes Street, an important site immediately opposite the Bank of England, for its owners – KanAm Grund Group. The scheme will see the building completely reimagined for the ‘post pandemic’ workforce, with 2 new additional floors, an all new facade, extensive tenant amenity features, and cutting edge sustainability credentials, including BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5* targets. Morgan Capital will work collaboratively with KanAm Grund Group and the professional team to deliver the project, with completion expected in 2024
