    MCP was appointed by GE Real Estate to help deliver its asset strategy for 98 Fetter Lane. Upon appointment MCP reviewed with GE the original refurbishment proposals which were deemed to be unviable.

    A planning consent was subsequently secured to demolish the original building and replace it with a 60,000 sq ft Grade A office building and ancillary retail. The building has subsequently been pre-let to Macfarlanes, one of the UK’s leading law firms.
