The property, situated within the heart of Mayfair, was acquired in 2011 in a competitive bidding situation.
Morgan Capital Partners carried out the subsequent development of this mixed use development to provide 25,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and 1,600 sq ft of retail. An adjoining new build residential element formed part of the project.
The demolition commenced in Q4 2011 and achieved practical completion in Q4 2013. MCP has overseen the letting of the building, achieving one of the highest rents of 2014 on the top floor at £115 per sq ft.
